
Lisa has a Masters Degree in Autism and Education. She is a teacher and facilitator of the Performing Arts with over ten years experience. She has a gift for engaging and motivating all individuals she works with. Her work is varied and interesting, ranging from physical theatre through to drama in education, and include mask and movement.
Having studied Drama, Directing, Contemporary Dance and Choreography, Arts in Education and Mask and Movement at University, Lisa went on to teach Theatre in Education, Vocal Skills, Acting and Directing for the BTEC National Diploma in Performing Arts at Gateshead College.
She has also taught A level Theatre Studies at Newcastle College, and ran Youth Theatre for school aged children, exhibiting a breadth of experience enabling young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties to enjoy and access theatre in a way which is engaging and motivating.
Through workshops she raises self-esteem and confidence by encouraging individuals to recognize the value of their input, providing a platform for their views and ideas to be heard in a non-judgmental way.
Lisa has ran a Performing Arts Society for adults with an Autistic Spectrum Condition and moderate to severe learning difficulties in Sunderland, producing devised work using a culmination of signed-song, drama and original choreography. Her most current work involves teaching young adults with an ASC in a Further Education college in the North East.

Claudio has an NVQ in Autism, training in Relationships, Sexuality and Autism and over 5 years experience working with teenagers and adults with an Autism Spectrum Condition. He uses his talents in IT , music and video production to engage and inspire the individuals he works with.
Claudio is a member of PRS for music and for 10 years he worked in the music industry as a music producer and DJ. He signed a recording contract with Deconstruction Records in 1998 and produced an electronic music track that was used in a video montage by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
In early 2005 he began working with adults with Autism and used his skills in computer music technology and IT to create an array of programmes to teach students with severe learning difficulties and Autism.
He teamed up with Lisa in 2006 to help with the technical direction of a Performing Arts Society for adults with an Autistic Spectrum Condition in Sunderland.
As well as being busy with the running of Applied Theatre Productions, he also works fulltime in a local secondary school supporting pupils with Autism.
Paula has supported individuals with learning, emotional and behavioural difficulties for more than ten years. For five years she has supported young people with Autism, Aspergers Syndrome and communication difficulties.
Paula has a range of qualifications and significant training in supporting pupils and students with special educational needs and Autism.
She currently supports learners in the ASC provision of a local College.
